Low: Cermack Plaza features the documentary style lowrider photography of René Amado. This project was printed as an exclusive drop for the annual Chicago lowrider festival, Slow & Low 2026.
With a cover inspired by the cover art of a Teen Angels magazine, the book features 28 images that were all shot at various lowrider cruises held at Cermack Plaza in Berwynn, IL. Each photo provides an up close, intimate look at Chicago's lowrider community printed full bleed, edge-to-edge.
Only 25 copies of this project were made available for sale with only a few copies remaining. This project will not be reprinted in this format again
